Below are questions/answers to some of the more frequently asked questions at our Christmas tree farm. If the answer to your question still can not be found, feel free to contact us.
 

-What hours are you open?

  Daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Including Thanksgiving Day and Weekends)  The farm closes at noon on Christmas Eve.

(Open beginning on Thanksgiving Day - December 18th for cutting trees.)  Call if you want to pick up your tree before Thanksgiving or after Dec. 18th to make sure someone is available to assist you. (Call 850 449-4316) Thank you.

What hours are you open?

We are open Daily (Including Thanksgiving Day and Weekends)  from 9:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M., November 24th-December 18th.

After December 18th please call 850 449-4316 so someone will be available to assist you.

What types of Christmas trees do you have?

We grow Virginia Pine, Florida Pine, Cedar, and Leyland Cypress Christmas trees. Northern Fir trees do not grow in Florida's warm climate.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, verified checks, and Visa & Mastercard credit and debit cards.  Since we are a seasonal business we do not accept credit or debit cards after December 19th.

Do you have staff available to assist us with our Christmas tree?

We have staff available to assist you with shaking loose needles out of your Christmas tree, drilling your Christmas tree for a "spike" style Christmas tree stand, and "netting" your Christmas tree.

Do you have saws available to cut our tree down?

Yes, we have saws available for you to borrow free-of-charge so you can cut your tree down.

Do you provide rope to tie our Christmas tree down?

We provide twine free-of-charge so you can tie your tree down.

Do you allow customers to reserve a tree? 

Yes, use a yellow ribbon and/or decorations on tree. Write your name and Phone number on the tag with a laundry marking pen. Tree is paid for when you cut it.  We can not stand watch over reserved trees so we expect our customers to be honest and not take another person's reserved tree. 

Note:  We can not guarantee that your reserved tree will be here when you return...Each year several trees are missing either taken by a dishonest person or the customer can not find their tree in the field.
